Weight Loss

In my effort to stay encouraged and stay away from weight obsession, I only weigh myself once a week, on Wednesday morning.  My weigh-in day has changed because of my participation in the Woman’s Day Live Longer & Stronger Challenge.  Here is my progress, so far.  My weight loss journey has been a slow process for a variety of reasons, but I remain encouraged.  For detailed information of my progress for 2012, you can read “The Year In Review.” Check back often for new developments.  Feel free to share the transformations that you are experiencing with your healthy lifestyle.  I would like to hear from you.  Please pray for me as I travel along this journey of good health and fitness.  I will pray for you, as well.  Stay encouraged.
