On Wednesdays, the My Faith and Fitness Blog will feature a passage of scripture and questions to encourage us to reflect on how we can each live a life that pleases God and allows us to fulfill the plans that God has prepared for us.

15 So when they had dined, Jesus saith to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me more than these? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my lambs. 16 He saith to him again the second time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? He saith unto him, Yea, Lord; thou knowest that I love thee. He saith unto him, Feed my sheep. 17 He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knowest all things; thou knowest that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep. John 21:15-17 (KJV)

How can we assist our brothers and sisters in Christ who are separated from God reconcile with God and re-establish and maintain a relationship with God?

In what concrete ways can we help them heal from the hurt and pain that they have received while in the Church?

How can we make sure that we are not a source of future mental, spiritual, etc. pain for our sisters and brothers?

How can we make sure that we do not inflict mental, spiritual, etc. pain and suffering when we teach, preach and minister?
