I am happy to report that I have lost weight for my last three weigh-ins! My plan is to lose 1.5 pounds per week. Recently, I lamented that I was behind this goal. I still am, but I lost 2.8 pounds since my weigh-in last Tuesday. Despite the fact that I did not get to the gym yesterday, I still had a weight loss since last week. That is just more confirmation that the combination of exercise and eating the right foods is the best way to lose weight and keep it gone. Since I started this journey on April 3, 2012, I have lost a total of 17.4 pounds (and 3% body fat). Praise God for the progress and the good health!
